Classes are kept to controlled sizes in order to give every pupil the attention necessary for them to achieve their maximum potential.  If we are unable to accommodate a new pupil at the time of enrolment, they will be placed on our waiting list and informed as soon as a vacancy becomes available

Parents are encouraged to make an appointment to watch a class with their son or daughter before joining the school.

Upon returning the Registration Form your son/daughter will be admitted to the school at the next appropriate point. In event of your child not wishing to continue with dance, half of one terms notice in writing or a half term's fees in lieu of notice is required in the event of a withdrawal from the school.

Fees

Parents are invoiced by post in advance of the start of term and all fees are payable, in full, within the first seven days of term. Fees can be paid by cash, BACS, or by a cheque (made payable to Warlingham Dance Studio) posted to head office.

Term dates

The Autumn, Spring and Summer term dates follow those of the local Warlingham schools. Parents are not permitted to observe classes on an ad-hoc basis, though parents are invited to watch their son or daughter's class/es throughout the final week of each term.
